Essence Cuisine is a plant-based restaurant located in the heart of Shoreditch, catering to the modern tastemaker. The menu is created in collaboration with raw food pioneer and food educator Matthew Kenney, whilst the interior was designed by Swedish architect Andreas Bozarth Fornell, known for his work with Acne Studios and Sandro. Committed to serve food that is highly nutritious yet aesthetically pleasing, the offering is ‘free-from’ meat, dairy, gluten, refined sugar and chemical processing. With an agenda to bring food that is tasteful, authentic and truly nutritious to the fore, Essence Cuisine is all about making the plant-based cuisine more accessible and enjoyable.
